At Soulfully Soph Wellness, I’m committed to offering high-quality resources, personalized support, and a safe space for healing. Because of the nature of these services—whether it’s a 1:1 session or a downloadable guide—all sales are final and non-refundable.

When you sign up, you receive immediate benefits, including access to proprietary content, insights, and my time and expertise. This makes it impossible to reverse or revoke the service provided, which is why refunds are not offered.

This applies to all 1:1 coaching, consultations, personalized protocols, and digital wellness products. If you choose a payment plan, all scheduled payments are binding and may not be canceled, regardless of service usage or completion.
